The cleaning company (referred to as "Knox it Out Cleaning LLC") offers residential, Short Term Rental, and Move In/Out cleaning services as per the customer's requirements.

The specific cleaning tasks and frequency will be discussed and agreed upon before commencing the service.

Pricing:

The pricing for the cleaning services will be determined based on the scope of work, size of the property, and frequency of cleaning.

The customer will receive a detailed quotation before service commencement.

Payment:

Payment is due upon completion of each cleaning session, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Knox it Out Cleaning LLC accepts various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers.

Invoices will be provided upon request.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

To cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, the customer must provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Liability and Insurance:

Knox it Out Cleaning LLC takes utmost care while performing cleaning services, but is not liable for any damages caused due to pre-existing conditions, improper installation, or negligence on the part of the customer.

Knox it Out Cleaning LLC is insured and will cover damages caused by its employees up to the specified limits of the insurance policy.

Safety and Security:

Knox it Out Cleaning LLC ensures that its staff members undergo background checks and are trained to respect the customer's privacy and property.

The customer is responsible for providing necessary access to the property on the scheduled cleaning day.

Supplies and Equipment:

Knox it Out Cleaning LLC will bring its own cleaning supplies and equipment, unless the customer prefers otherwise.

If the customer prefers Knox it Out Cleaning LLC to use specific cleaning products, they must provide them in advance.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

Knox it Out Cleaning LLC strives for customer satisfaction and encourages feedback after each cleaning session.

If the customer is dissatisfied with any aspect of the cleaning service, they should notify Knox it Out Cleaning LLC within 24 hours of service completion.

Termination:

Both parties reserve the right to terminate the cleaning service with written notice.

 Knox it Out Cleaning LLC may terminate the service if the customer's property is deemed        unsafe or the customer is in breach of the terms and conditions.

Confidentiality:

Knox it Out Cleaning LLC respects the privacy of its customers and will not disclose any personal or sensitive information to third parties.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of California, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California.

By engaging the services of the cleaning company, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
